Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India, covering metro cities, towns, and most pin codes via our trusted logistics partner Delhivery.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location and courier accessibility.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999.

  • Orders below ₹999 may incur standard shipping charges, which will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS notification with tracking details, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment in real-time.

Cancellations, Address Changes & Returns

  • Order Cancellations: Cancellations are not allowed once the order is shipped.

  • Delivery Address: We do not allow address changes after the order has been placed.

Delivery to Remote Areas

Delivery to certain remote or less-accessible areas is subject to availability as per our delivery partner’s coverage. If your pin code is not serviceable, we will inform you and initiate a refund.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid at the time of purchase through our secure payment gateway.
